Jim & Sue Keating, Bennington, are certified organic producers with on-farm milling and packaging of their grains and legumes. Their mixes emphasize the use of whole grains and contain all organic grains. Their bread mixes are basically made to be used in a bread machine (for a 1.5 - 2 lb. loaf), but can also be made by hand or with the help of a mixer or food processor to do the kneading.
